グローバルD&I戦略プリンシパル/ Global Culture & Inclusion Principal
An international semiconductor devices company is looking for a Principal, Global Culture & Inclusion professional to lead Japan-wide initiatives. The selected candidate will drive localised culture and inclusion strategies, embed them across the talent lifecycle, and strengthen engagement, performance, and belonging.
Responsibilities:
- Champion the rollout of a global culture and inclusion strategy tailored to local business and cultural needs
- Collaborate with talent acquisition, talent development, and people partners to embed inclusion across the talent lifecycle
- Drive business outcomes, including retention, innovation, and team performance, aligned with company values
- Serve as a culture and inclusion subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and actionable insights
- Partner with employee resource groups to strengthen inclusive programs and community engagement
- Customise and localise global inclusion programs and materials for regional effectiveness
- Develop and analyse inclusion metrics and translate data into impactful strategies and initiatives
- Lead inclusion communications, branding, and diversity-focused events to foster belonging and collaboration
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 5 years of experience in Culture & Inclusion, HR, Talent, or Program Management
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in global and multicultural environments
- Proficient in project management, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement
- Skilled in translating data into actionable plans and strategies
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently to the Hiroshima site
- Professional level Japanese and English
