グローバルD&I戦略プリンシパル/ Global Culture & Inclusion Principal

An international semiconductor devices company is looking for a Principal, Global Culture & Inclusion professional to lead Japan-wide initiatives. The selected candidate will drive localised culture and inclusion strategies, embed them across the talent lifecycle, and strengthen engagement, performance, and belonging.

Responsibilities:

• Champion the rollout of a global culture and inclusion strategy tailored to local business and cultural needs
• Collaborate with talent acquisition, talent development, and people partners to embed inclusion across the talent lifecycle
• Drive business outcomes, including retention, innovation, and team performance, aligned with company values
• Serve as a culture and inclusion subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and actionable insights
• Partner with employee resource groups to strengthen inclusive programs and community engagement
• Customise and localise global inclusion programs and materials for regional effectiveness
• Develop and analyse inclusion metrics and translate data into impactful strategies and initiatives
• Lead inclusion communications, branding, and diversity-focused events to foster belonging and collaboration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 5 years of experience in Culture & Inclusion, HR, Talent, or Program Management
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in global and multicultural environments
• Proficient in project management, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement
• Skilled in translating data into actionable plans and strategies
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently to the Hiroshima site
• Professional level Japanese and English
