学習・開発スペシャリスト/ Learning & Development Specialist

A global optical company is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist. The selected candidate will design and deliver learning programs that strengthen skills, performance, and career growth. This is a hybrid role with flex-time.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cross-department training needs assessments
• Develop and deliver programs for onboarding, leadership, and compliance
• Enhance and facilitate newcomer onboarding experiences
• Coordinate external training partners and manage vendors
• Track and evaluate training impact through feedback and performance metrics
• Oversee training reporting and learning management activities

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in L&D or HR roles
• Experience with e-learning tools
• Knowledge with adult learning principles and instructional design
• Professional level Japanese and English
