学習・開発スペシャリスト/ Learning and Development Specialist

A multinational healthcare organisation is searching for a Learning and Development Specialist. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end L&D planning and program execution.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement L&D programs aligned with current and future capability needs
• Oversee training delivery and operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective execution
• Coordinate events, logistics, and vendor management for training activities
• Execute specialised L&D projects and support ad-hoc local initiatives
• Analyse training metrics and optimise internal and external program effectiveness
• Manage training systems, course registrations, materials, and budget tracking

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent (HR, General Management or Business Administration or relevant domain)
• 3-5 years training operations or relevant experience
• More than 2 years of project management experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in spoken and written Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
