Responsibilities:
- Implement performance management cycles aligned with global guidelines
- Lead Employee Survey implementation and data analysis
- Conduct Potential Validation assessments and provide support aligned with company philosophy
- Support talent management discussions and processes
- Develop and execute diversity and inclusion initiatives and policies
- Manage internal and external DEI communications and events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
- Practical experience in talent management, leadership development, and organisational development
- Experience in DEI initiatives and HR event management in Japan
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Business level Japanese and English
