A renowned global vehicle manufacturer is looking for an HR Development & Training – Trainer & Concept Developer. The selected candidate will develop and deliver innovative HR training concepts to enhance competencies and support a professional learning culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative HR training concepts catering colleagues' needs
- Conduct high-quality HR training for employees in various formats
- Create annual and quarterly training schedules
- Manage HR training-related events for employees
- Support the HR Training & Development Key Account Manager with vendor coordination
- Train other trainers on your concepts to ensure high-quality content delivery
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience as corporate trainer in a globally oriented institution
- In-depth software knowledge for design, videography, photography, and eLearning content related programs (Articulate 360 or Adobe CC)
- Skilled in MS Officer Suite
- Excellent time management and change management skills
- Keen ability to learn new software for training content creation and delivery methods
- Strong facilitation and moderation skills
- Possess valid related training or teaching certifications are a plus
- Business level written and verbal English (C1+) and Japanese (JLPT N2+); German is ideal
