An international beverage manufacturer is looking for a Talent & Capability Partner. The selected individual will support local HR teams in implementing performance processes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate talent identification and development initiatives
- Educate, coach, and support managers and employees on talent management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop talent development plans
- Review talent development plans for quality improvement
- Animate global employer branding tools for local relevance
- Liaise with HQ Global Talent Management team
- Validate capability requirements and plan implementation
- Confirm proposals meet stakeholder needs and develop timelines
Requirements:
- Experience in HRBP (talent management and capability building
- Prior experience in facilitation
- Proven instructional experience
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
