An international consulting company is searching for an L&D Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will oversee projects from planning to completion, ensuring seamless execution. This is a temp-to-perm role based in Tokyo.
Responsibilities:
- Assess project needs and estimate team efforts for various functions involved
- Formulate and oversee project finances to ensure profitability
- Handle assigned tasks, and supervise detailed project plans
- Monitor project progress, addressing any arising issues or risks promptly
- Scrutinise deliverables for adherence to scope and quality standards
- Organise meetings, track action items, and update stakeholders on project status
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of project management experience in the automotive training industry with projects (instructor-led, virtual instructor-led training, e-learning, and video)
- Practical experience with other digital technology is ideal
- Prior experience with Japanese companies or US teams
- Experience with MS 360 Suite
- Native level Japanese and English
