L&Dマネージャー/ L&D Manager

A global technology organisation is looking to fill an L&D Manager position. The qualified applicant will develop and implement leadership and behaviour training plans. This is a full remote and direct contract role based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• Utilise data analysis to promote learning and enhance engagement and participation
• Implement various training solutions, including eLearning, webinars, and sessions
• Lead and deliver internal learning programs and interventions
• Assess the effects of learning on both employees and the business
• Enhance operational effectiveness through ongoing model improvements
• Execute the annual sales capability development strategy for Japan

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or equivalent is ideal (MBA)
• More than 12 years of experience in HR, L&D, OD, or Talent
• More than 3 years of experience in sales capability development
• Practical experience in facilitation, management & delivery of development programs
• Strong program design and management skills
• Possess a valid qualification as a Trainer, Facilitator, L&D Manager, or coach in OD tools
