サイトデリバリーチームリーダー/ Site Delivery Team Leader

A renowned engineering and production company is looking for a Site Delivery Team Leader. The selected candidate will lead a technical team, manage scheduling and department operations, and support safe, high-performance project delivery. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary technical team through regular feedback, check-ins, and performance support
• Build career development plans, support onboarding, and contribute to hiring activities
• Coordinate staffing forecasts, shift assignments, time-off requests, and scheduling changes with department leadership
• Manage scheduling systems and act as the main contact for regional scheduling inquiries and decisions
• Maintain training, certification, tooling, and uniform records while arranging courses and purchases to keep teams compliant and equipped
• Promote an inclusive, accountable, and high-performance culture aligned with mindful leadership principles

Requirements:

• Experience coaching and developing technical professionals, including performance management and skills planning
• Skilled in interpreting schedules and staffing requirements
• Knowledge of Japan specific labor practices, safety expectations, and cultural communication norms
• Fluent level Japanese; proficient in English (TOEIC 700+)
