A global eCommerce company is seeking a Senior EHS Specialist. The selected candidate will oversee occupational safety, health, and hygiene initiatives across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and apply occupational safety, health, and hygiene laws and operational procedures
• Develop standard procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Drive policies that prevent industrial incidents
• Implement and enhance occupational safety, health, and hygiene measures
• Conduct risk assessments and execute necessary controls
• Deliver safety, health, and sanitation training for employees

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in health checkups and stress check operations
• Possess a valid first-Class or Second-Class Health Supervisor License
• Proficient in Japanese; proficient in reading and written English
