クライアントサービスマネージャー（給与計算）/ Client Services Manager (Payroll)

A multinational HR and payroll services firm is searching for a Client Services Manager. The chosen applicant will be managing both the assigned clients and the dispatched employees for HR-related services and other related duties.

Responsibilities:

• Control and ensure payroll and Social Insurance processing schedules and related tasks and events on behalf of assigned client organisations
• Provide HR-related consulting to both the assigned clients and dispatched employees
• Ensure the quality of dispatching services based on client requirements while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Design and participate in testing and validation as required for product updates and cyclical processing events
• Participate in planning and testing product updates and processes
• Manage client funds and income; monitor client payments and payroll and insurance movements
• Lead team members and improve the capability of services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR management, business administration, or related
• 3-5 years of experience in people management
• Experience in processes and procedures in employment, payroll, social insurance, etc.
• Familiar with labour law and other legislative requirements in Japan
• Good client service and communication skills
• Experience in OBC Bugyo is preferred
• Native level Japanese; fluent level verbal English
