A multinational HR and payroll services firm is searching for a Client Services Manager. The chosen applicant will be managing both the assigned clients and the dispatched employees for HR-related services and other related duties.
Responsibilities:
- Control and ensure payroll and Social Insurance processing schedules and related tasks and events on behalf of assigned client organisations
- Provide HR-related consulting to both the assigned clients and dispatched employees
- Ensure the quality of dispatching services based on client requirements while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Design and participate in testing and validation as required for product updates and cyclical processing events
- Participate in planning and testing product updates and processes
- Manage client funds and income; monitor client payments and payroll and insurance movements
- Lead team members and improve the capability of services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in HR management, business administration, or related
- 3-5 years of experience in people management
- Experience in processes and procedures in employment, payroll, social insurance, etc.
- Familiar with labour law and other legislative requirements in Japan
- Good client service and communication skills
- Experience in OBC Bugyo is preferred
- Native level Japanese; fluent level verbal English
