A luxury goods manufacturing company is looking to hire a Retail HR Manager. The candidate who enters this role will be responsible for serving as the main point of contact for stores in Japan while conducting related employee management and HR activities.
- Forecast hiring needs for retail brands
- Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant channels
- Plan HR systems for retail stores with HR team according to company policy
- Develop attractive compensation and benefit packages to increase retention
- Support on-boarding and training for new hires in accordance with the company guidelines
- Conduct payroll management, considering overtime, flexible schedules, etc.
- 2+ years of work experience as an HR specialist or HR manager in the retail industry
- Experience with sourcing and evaluating candidates for various seniority levels
- Strong understanding of labour legislation
- Understanding of payroll systems and HR databases (SAP system)
- Business level of English
