HRIS&データマネージャー/ HRIS & Data Manager
A global leading fast-food chain is looking for an HRIS & Data Manager. The selected candidate will oversee the implementation, improvement, and operation of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems while ensuring effective data management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate HR-related systems and applications, ensuring continuous improvement and upgrades
- Investigate current systems and processes to identify challenges and support decision-making
- Lead technology projects with process owners and external vendors to achieve successful implementation
- Oversee the handover of new processes to system administrators and provide ongoing support
- Develop and implement communication and training programs for new tools and methods
- Analyse HR-related data and create comprehensive reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Proven experience in project management for HR systems implementation and enhancement
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR-related processes
- Skilled in MS 365
- Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English (TOEIC 700+)
