エリアセールスマネージャー/ Area Sales Manager
An international workspace solutions firm is looking for an Area Sales Manager. The selected applicant will be in charge of driving new revenue through strong client relationships and qualified sales pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Generate profitable new revenue to achieve agreed sales targets on Enterprise Accounts
- Develop and maintain top-level relationships with designated accounts to understand customer needs across solutions
- Develop, expand, maintain and report on a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
- Work with assigned third-party corporate advisors to create sales opportunities with their clients
- Serve as an ambassador by attending events, hosting workshops and building awareness within the corporate occupier sector
- Partner with Operations and Sales colleagues across geographies to ensure a consistent customer experience and support solution development
- Share customer feedback from Enterprise clients to support continuous improvement and solution enhancement
- Support other strategic business development activities
Requirements:
- Senior B2B solution or service sales and business development background
- Experience of working within a global environment and matrix organisational structure
- Ability to work with customers to map out appropriate product sets and contract structures
- Knowledge and understanding of company decision-making and business case development processes
- Proven ability to develop, manage, track, and close large deals
- Proven track record in selling to large companies
- Excellent communicator and ability to develop relationships and influence at a board level
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Motivated, self-reliant, ambitious, and looking to join a team with significant growth aspirations
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in corporate real estate business development or real estate consulting
