エンジニアリングサービスマネージャー / Engineering Services Manager

A global real estate services company is looking for a Manager, Engineering Services. The selected candidate will oversee engineering operations, maintenance planning, vendor coordination, compliance, energy initiatives, and emergency response within client facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead operational meetings and prepare monthly management reports
• Oversee vendor payments, budget planning, and engineering documentation control
• Plan and supervise preventive maintenance, repairs, and site inspections across building systems
• Drive vendor management, site access control, equipment readiness, and utility consumption monitoring
• Implement energy-saving, environmental, safety, and business continuity measures
• Support testing and commissioning, manage cabling vendors, and handle emergency callout escalation

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in design, construction, commissioning of building services or facilities management
• Possess valid engineering discipline of electrical, mechanical, building services and project management qualification
• Business level verbal and written English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in data centres, investment banking or other critical environments
