不動産スペシャリスト/ Real Estate Specialist

A multinational real estate firm is looking for a Real Estate Specialist. The selected candidate will manage building lease operations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for residents. This is a full-remote setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organise, and manage all documents related to building lease agreements
• Conduct and explain Important Matters (重要事項説明) to lessees
• Verify and confirm applicant funding and financial standing
• Input and manage applicant/tenant information, including identification, personal details, and payment status
• Handle new applications by receiving, verifying eligibility, conducting background checks, and supporting users on the web system
• Coordinate all matters related to building lease operations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of residents

Requirements:

• Skilled in document management
• Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining documentation
• Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Possess a valid Real Estate Transaction Specialist Licence (宅地建物取引士 / Takken)
• Business level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in real estate, general affairs, administration, or a related field
• Business level English
