An Investment Manager position is now available at a multinational asset management company. The applicant chosen for this position will be responsible for identifying investment opportunities within the real estate sector.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct relevant investment analysis
- Manage investment structuring and negotiation processes
- Propose solutions to investment committees and drive the closure of investment deals
- Complete due diligence reports
- Handle acquired legal and internal documents
- Oversee portfolio management activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 10+ years of work experience in general investment
- Prior fund management experience or acquisition experience in a logistics firm or data centre
- Knowledge of basic financial and accounting fundamentals
- Strong project management skills
- Written and verbal English proficiency is preferred
