A worldwide real estate organisation is looking for a Junior Investment Analyst. The selected candidate will conduct pro forma underwriting, assist in capital call arrangements, perform ad-hoc financial analysis, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Handle analytical support activities
- Manage feedback gathered from cross-functional departments
- Ensure new investment opportunities are underwritten
- Conduct market research
- Update the company’s market database
- Draft investment memos
Requirements:
- Experience working in the real estate sector in Japan
- Expertise in discounted cash flows and interest rates
- Competent in ARGUS
- MS Office literacy
- Ability and willingness to participate in meetings
- Written and spoken Japanese and English proficiency
