VMスペシャリスト/ VM Specialist

An international luxury jewellery and fashion retail company is looking for a Visual Merchandiser / VM Specialist. The selected candidate will support nationwide visual merchandising execution, ensuring brand consistency, training coordination, and impactful in-store displays to maximise customer experience and sell-through.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for the Visual Merchandising team
• Translate global VM guidelines into local store concepts for campaigns and dispatch to stores
• Identify and flag required local adaptations for VM execution
• Coordinate VM tool orders and follow up with central teams
• Organise and support VM trainings and meetings for store experts and district managers
• Conduct regular store visits and provide display execution support
• Support new store openings, refurbishments, and relocations with physical display setup
• Assist with in-store events and ad hoc pop-up events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 2 years of Visual Merchandising experience
• Prior experience in the fashion or jewellery industry
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail and brand awareness
• Fluent level Japanese; conversational level English
