広報・コミュニケーションマネージャー/ PR & Communication Manager

An international fashion retail brand is looking for a PR & Communications Manager. The selected candidate will develop and execute PR strategies, drive brand awareness, and manage media, influencer, and event activities to support sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PR and communications strategies, including SNS, media, budget, and tactics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and stylists
• Secure high-level placements across TV, digital, social media, and print
• Plan and execute local events and promotions in collaboration with internal teams and agencies
• Analyse PR and marketing activities, providing insights and reports to the team
• Oversee celebrity seedings, manage media appointments, and monitor influencer posts
• Prepare weekly and monthly PR reports
• Train and guide a PR Assistant
• Manage PR budgets and coordinate biannual sample sales

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in PR, marketing, or event planning
• Experience managing or mentoring junior staff
• Strong network with Japanese media, stylists, and influencers
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
