エリアマネージャー/ Area Manager

An international fashion retail company is looking for an Area Manager. The selected candidate will manage retail operations, lead sales teams, and drive business performance through effective strategies and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage profit and loss of the retail business and drive business strategies
• Lead sales staff teams to achieve financial targets and operational excellence
• Monitor monthly sales budgets and report performance with action plans to management
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and VM teams to execute promotions and special sales
• Develop and implement operational procedures in line with company standards
• Oversee budget planning, staffing plans, performance management, and incentive programs

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of experience in store business management
• More than 5 years of fashion retail experience
• Proven ability to influence, lead, and collaborate with a strong results orientation
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of department store operations and good leadership and management skills
• Proficient in Japanese and English
