小売・オペレーションズマネージャー/ Retail & Operations Manager

A global apparel company is looking for a Manager, Retail & Operations. The selected candidate will lead store operations, drive sales performance, and develop teams to achieve business and profit objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and action plans, reporting progress to supervisors
• Align store objectives with brand strategy and share clear goals with staff and departments
• Plan and propose store events to enhance brand awareness
• Support recruitment, training, and placement of staff to optimise team performance
• Foster teamwork and a positive environment, promoting collaboration and motivation
• Participate in meetings with business partners and staff, acting as a role model
• Lead team communication and information sharing to ensure alignment and engagement

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of management experience in the retail industry
• Experience in retail operations, staff development, and team leadership
• Proficient in PL management, business planning, and strategic execution
• Ability to act as a role model and lead by example
• Business level English
