リテールトレーニングマネージャー/ Retail Training Manager

A global luxury company is looking for a Retail Training Manager. The selected candidate will collaborate with HQ and boutiques to enhance training programs and improve store performance.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HQ to update seasonal education materials
• Analyse training impact through sales results and client feedback
• Visit retail boutiques to work closely with Client Advisors
• Observe client interactions to identify improvement areas
• Coach Client Advisors in developing storytelling skills
• Organise role-playing activities for challenging client scenarios

Requirements:

• Experience as a retail trainer, sales trainer, or a relevant role
• Prior experience in client and selling
• Proven experience in luxury sector is a plus
• Knowledge of luxury retail
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess valid training certification is preferred
