An international fashion brand is looking for a Retail Operations Omnichannel Manager. The selected candidate will develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute retail operation strategies to improve performance and customer experience
• Oversee daily retail operations, including inventory, staffing, and maintenance
• Manage digital projects by defining scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Analyse business and customer feedback to drive improvements
• Lead and develop in-store and BOH teams for efficient operations and service
• Optimise supply chain processes for timely product availability

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in retail operations
• More than 2 years of experience in a managerial role
• Experience in managing retail operations and executing omnichannel strategies
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Skilled in retail and store management software and eCommerce platforms
• Proficient in Japanese and English (French is a preferred)

応募要件:

• 小売業界でのオペレーション経験5年以上
• 管理職経験2年以上
• 小売業界でのオペレーション管理およびオムニチャネル戦略の実施の実務経験
• 日本語力・英語力
• フランス語力尚可
