VMDマネージャー/ VMD Manager

A global cosmetics company is looking for a VMD Manager. The selected candidate will lead retail experience design and ensure brand image consistency across all points of sale.

Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance retail experience and visual merchandising concepts
• Develop make-up artistry expression and implement scenography aligned with brand identity
• Ensure customer-centric and region-appropriate retail designs for Asia markets
• Monitor project stages, manage timelines, and provide design guidelines to stakeholders
• Anticipate country-specific needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation
• Lead and develop team capabilities while promoting collaboration and adherence to company ethics

Requirements:

• Experience in visual merchandising in a relevant domain (cosmetics, luxury goods, fashion)
• Prior experience in creating shop or interior displays and space utilisation, signage, graphic design, scenography, or color-graphy
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Business level English; proficient in Japanese
