プランナー/ Planner

A global fashion company is looking for a Planner. The selected candidate will drive planning and forecasting across brands, divisions, and categories in alignment with long-range goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop annual plans aligned with long-range business targets
• Ensure topline forecast alignment with company planning
• Monitor and report weekly OTB performance at brand, division, and category levels
• Summarise variances from plan and coordinate action plans with relevant teams
• Develop store-level plans in partnership with store operations and planning
• Manage liability across brand, division, and category levels

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 4 years of experience in inventory management or financial planning
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level verbal and written English and Japanese
