A global consumer goods company is seeking an MD Manager to oversee merchandising and product marketing across various channels. The selected candidate will handle order forecasting, competitor analysis, and product training.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee merchandising across B2B, B2C, and EC channels
- Conduct monthly order forecasting and sell-in or sell-out analysis
- Manage product marketing for new and existing products
- Analyse competitors to inform strategy
- Develop and execute in-store VMD and merchandising tools
- Provide product training to internal staff and retailers
Requirements:
- Excellent IT skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Native level written and verbal Japanese; business level English
