リテールパフォーマンスマネージャー/ Retail Performance Market Manager

An international luxury jewellery brand is seeking a Retail Performance Market Manager. The selected candidate will drive business intelligence, retail performance, and project management to ensure an exceptional client experience across markets.

Responsibilities:

• Provide reporting and analysis on sales, client development, and client experience performance
• Deliver business intelligence and competition benchmarks to market leadership
• Leverage data to strengthen strategic action plans and achieve commercial targets
• Drive day-to-day retail performance by utilising dashboards, VOC feedback, and productivity tools
• Partner with Finance, HR, and local teams to optimise scheduling, service excellence, and KPIs
• Act as a system expert for performance tools and promote digital and omnichannel initiatives
• Pilot and execute global retail or omni-channel projects with agile rollout processes
• Lead communication initiatives to support local and zone priorities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 8 years of retail experience in luxury retail
• Proven ability to collaborate, lead, and influence within a team environment
• Skilled in business analysis
• Jewellery industry background preferred
• Fluent level English
