An International Marketing Executive with Native level English fluency is wanted for a global luxury hotel chain. This position requires general knowledge of marketing communications as well as hands-on experience with execution of marketing campaigns in English.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact of Media relationship enhancement specifically international media including organizing and follow-up of FAM trip, press interview, press clipping monitoring, contact list update and negotiation to obtain online/offline qualitative features to leverage qualitative brand awareness and reputations
• Foster outstanding relationship with press and influencers including lunch, dinner entertainment to maximize the hotel’s qualitative exposures and WOM
• Develop press release specifically for international media
• Press Interview Q&A/speech draft/sales talking points/presentation in English
• Organize photo shooting, hotel site-inspection including proofreading of article

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management preferred
• Native level English and business level Japanese
• 2+ years’ experience in marketing communications in a PR agency, publishing company and brand or hospitality industry is desirable
• Experience in working for or with an agency on the client side preferred
• Experience in e-marketing, English copy writing and press release development
• Proficiency in CMS systems, social media tools, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook
