Gallery Director

A renowned luxury eyewear brand is looking for a Gallery Director. The selected candidate will lead and inspire retail teams to achieve gallery goals while ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead retail teams, driving growth and development to achieve gallery objectives
• Enforce daily adherence to policies, procedures, and checklists
• Monitor key KPIs, including appointment business, conversion rates, ATV, and UPT
• Enhance performance through excellent client experiences and CRM management
• Uphold standards for operational excellence and gallery aesthetics
• Foster a positive team culture and ensure team members serve as brand ambassadors

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in store management
• Experience in a luxury setting
• Prior experience in a client-based business
• Skilled in MS Office Suite and Shopify
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Possess valid Optician licence is preferred
