プロダクションマネージャー/ Production Manager

A renowned manufacturing company is looking for a Production Manager. The selected candidate will oversee production strategy, operational efficiency, quality, and compliance across all divisions.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement production policy and strategy aligned with company direction
• Set and manage annual operating targets and performance goals
• Oversee production budgets and drive cost-effective operations
• Ensure safety, compliance, and security in collaboration with relevant departments
• Drive improvements in quality, efficiency, logistics, and technology adoption
• Maintain production facilities, manage assets, and support customer satisfaction initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in scientific domain
• More than 10 years of professional experience
• Experience in Lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of ISO 9000/ TS16949 and statistic
• Understanding of regulations and laws and government requirements for EHS
• Familiarity with chemical and manufacturing process
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
