プロダクトマネージャー/ Product Manager

A global chemical manufacturer is looking for a Product Manager. The selected candidate will drive product development, maintenance, and deployment while supporting business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Define product roadmaps, allocate resources, and collaborate with engineering teams
• Enhance product performance, integrate feedback, and optimise designs
• Support business proposals and ensure scalable, cost-effective solutions
• Manage prototyping, industrialisation, and performance tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering (general, process, mechanical, or chemical)
• 2-3 years of experience in gas industry, product engineering, or project management
• Fluent level English; proficient in Japanese is ideal
