プロダクトマネージャー / Product Manager

A renowned international household appliance manufacturer is looking for a Product Manager. The selected candidate will oversee product planning, development, and local market adaptation. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor local product planning and development
• Provide product expertise and support to regional business teams
• Coordinate with product management, R&D, and other departments
• Collaborate with vendors to modify products to meet local requirements
• Conduct product training for internal teams, customers, and consultants
• Create training materials to support business objectives
• Define and manage product roadmaps in alignment with sector strategy
• Research market trends and identify new product opportunities
• Track competitor products and market share with business intelligence teams
• Analyse marketplace dynamics and benchmark against competition
• Manage warehouse operations and product localisation
• Create product manuals and work instructions for localised products

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in product management, product planning, and product development for finished goods
• Experience in B2B market
• Understanding of similar products or home electric appliances industry is a plus
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
