A renowned consumer goods manufacturer is looking for a New Product Development Group Manager. The selected candidate will lead sustainable growth, develop new cross-category brands, and manage global strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and be accountable for the form category's sustainable growth
• Develop new cross-category brands for global professionals
• Oversee multiple categories, including hair care, perm, styling, and men's products
• Manage new brand initiatives, primarily in hair care, perm, and men's products
• Strategise, plan, and track global category performance
• Execute innovative NPD and marketing projects
• Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders and country teams
• Develop talents and motivate group members

Requirements:

• Background in global category strategy development & annual action plan
• Prior background in NPD, 360 marketing, on/offline communication
• Proven background in region or country collaboration & steering
• Skilled in KPI tracking and budget management
