セキュリティ機器セールスマネージャー/ Security Equipment Sales Manager
A global security solutions company is looking for a Security Equipment Sales Manager. The selected candidate will lead a sales team, drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and team performance
- Manage key accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base
- Oversee sales reporting, CRM updates, and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise sales processes and project execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in sales management, leading a B2B sales team in the electronic security industry
- Strong understanding of security systems (Access Control, CCTV, Intruder Alarms, etc.) and integrated solutions sales
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., NetSuite)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Business level written and verbal Japanese and English
