セールスサポート/ Sales Support

A global machinery manufacturer is seeking a Sales Support professional. The selected candidate will manage order processing, stock control, and ensure timely delivery to customers while supporting the sales team. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer orders in CRM and Microsoft AX
• Issue purchase orders and manage purchases with factories and suppliers
• Monitor and follow up on open orders to ensure timely fulfilment
• Address inquiries on stock, orders, and shipment status
• Prepare invoices and delivery notes for scheduled deliveries
• Provide troubleshooting and professional customer support via phone and email

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3-5 years of experience in sales administration
• Experience with ERP
• Prior experience in sales administration at a trading company or agency
• Proven experience with CRM systems, import or export process
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in Japanese; proficient in reading and written English
