リージョナルセールス/ Regional Sales
An international electronics parts manufacturer is looking for a Regional Sales professional. The selected candidate will drive market share growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to customers, identifying opportunities for collaboration
- Increase market share, sales, and active customer base
- Engage with customers to understand their business and improvement goals
- Implement sales processes based on the "Opportunity Management" methodology
- Develop and execute account strategies to capture key opportunities
- Provide technical solutions to address automation challenges
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business or engineering is ideal
- 1-5 years of experience in technical sales is preferred
- Experience in industrial automation is a plus
- Proficient with digital tools (CRM, video conference, etc.)
