A global semiconductor manufacturing company is seeking a Service Sales Manager. The selected candidate will manage customer relationships, drive service contract expansions, and ensure alignment with company processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with account teams to identify customer needs and develop new business opportunities
- Negotiate and manage service contract expansions
- Oversee a large account and ensure decisions do not create negative precedents
- Drive team performance to meet objectives and enhance customer satisfaction
- Promote and support commercial strategy to senior management
- Document and follow HQ and finance processes for deal management and operationalisation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of experience in the semiconductor field
- Experience in business is preferred
- Proficient in English
