A global industrial machinery company is looking for a Sales Support professional. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive sales support to the regional team, ensuring efficient order processing and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support to regional sales team
- Process orders and handle rush order requests
- Coordinate equipment shipments with factory, dealers, and customers
- Support financial tasks related to banking LCs and bonds for delivery projects
- Manage sales leads and delegate to the sales department
- Monitor performance indicators and manage sales tracking tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or communications
- 4-5 years of experience handling administration and logistics in an industry setting
- Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google G Suite
- Skilled in Odoo, Salesforce CRM, SAP, etc.
- Proficient in written and verbal Japanese
