A global manufacturing technology company is looking for a Sales Engineer. The selected candidate will develop and implement account strategies to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and develop account strategies
- Build long-term relationships with key customers
- Provide sales support for OEM customers, integrators, end customers, and distributors
- Manage and drive revenue growth initiatives with key accounts and distributors
- Report pipeline status and actions to Sales Director and GM
- Create monthly sales reports and forecasts
- Manage customer and potential visits to develop business
- Design and implement strategic business plans
- Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Coordinate and resolve quality, delivery, and pricing issues
- Analyse market trends and customer needs
- Communicate effectively with the sales team and other departments
- Support QA/QC activities and logistics team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a business or technical field preferred
- More than 5 years of related sales or account management experience in B2B supporting industrial markets
- Understanding of industrial systems and processes
- Prior experience in process control or instrumentation fields is ideal
- Experience working in a multinational company is desired
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Power BI is a plus)
- Knowledge of ERP system, CRM, or Salesforce is preferred
- Proficient in English (TOEIC 750+)
