An international automation company is searching for a Service Sales Engineer. The successful candidate will manage service sales, support customers, and ensure high uptime performance for robotic manufacturing cells. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with end users, distributors, and system integrators
- Manage allocated service sales budget and execute long-term service contracts
- Train and coach service sales representatives
- Deliver proposals and secure multi-year service contracts
- Coordinate service delivery with field engineers and tech support teams
- Utilise business tools like Salesforce and service mobility to drive sales
- Lead business reviews and develop service agreements with key partners
Requirements:
- Associate degree or above in a technical field or engineering
- Strong mechanical and electrical background
- Proven experience in aftersales or service sales in machinery or automation
- In-depth knowledge of commercial compliance and risk management
- Experience in robotics or industrial automation ideal
- Previous field troubleshooting and repair experience is preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Possess a valid driver’s licence
