A renowned industrial insulation company is looking for a Sales Manager – Industrial Insulation. The selected candidate will lead sales growth strategies in the Japanese market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for technical insulation in the Japanese market
- Work closely with stakeholders, including Owners, FEED, EPC companies, and insulation contractors
- Create and manage pricing policies and project pricing for various markets
- Collaborate with distributors to support day-to-day business, with a focus on ProRox differentiators
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Focus on large infrastructure projects and day-to-day maintenance, ensuring early involvement in specifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or business-related field
- More than 5 years of experience in relevant industries (process, industrial, engineering)
- Practical experience in technical sales with senior to junior levels in customer organisations
- Experience in managing a small team and a strong network in the Oil, Gas, and Power segments
- Strong engineering sales and technical knowledge
- Proficient in written and verbal Japanese; conversational level English
