ラボセールススペシャリスト/ Lab Sales Specialist

An international company that supplies specialty instruments is searching for a Lab Sales Specialist. This position will be responsible for driving business expansion by developing and implementing relevant strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a market development manager in microelectronics, MP applications, etc.
• Perform market analysis to identify prospective business opportunities
• Oversee the assigned OEM business and generate new partnership opportunities
• Handle negotiation of complex deals with clients
• Prepare quality reports when necessary as well as regular business forecasts
• Formulate and execute business growth strategies to achieve sales goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
• Manage appropriate and timely escalation of customer claims to sales manager

Requirements:

• 5+ years of technical sales experience in the high-tech industry
• Proven skills in professional sales
• Skilled in MS PowerPoint
• Knowledgeable with CRM software (SFDC is ideal)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in challenger sales is ideal
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
