A leading global auto and industrial component manufacturer is now recruiting for a Sales Manager. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Sales, the successful candidate will lead product and solution sales activities and reporting on ROI.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement company’s distribution objectives
- Promote company’s product and service solutions to customers, especially C&I and OEMs
- Communicate with Asia and company’s group to insure best results and solution on issues and objectives
- Provide timely project updates to management members and counterparts to ensure effective management decisions and actions
- Perform tasks assigned by QMC in connection with Quality System requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline
- 10+ years’ experience in sales and marketing
- Understanding of the engine and off-highway markets in Japan
- Business level proficiency in both English and Japanese
