A global packaging materials company is looking to hire a Strategic Account Manager. This position will be responsible for achieving sales targets for new and existing accounts. This is a great opportunity to advance your career with a globally successful company.
- Achieve sales targets in new and existing accounts
- Independently develop and implement account strategies which will maximize profitability and are in alignment with global management processes
- Develop and utilize strong customer relationships to cultivate new opportunities and guide customers in decision-making
- Utilize an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products to work with customers to identify ideal product options and features and coordinate product development
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in coordinating global account needs
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
- 3+ years of practical sales experience which includes quota management, account planning, customer engagement, complex negotiations, etc.
- Sales penetration and growth strategy development skills
- Strong business and financial skills
- Skilled territory analysis and planning skills
- Product knowledge regarding fabrics is a plus
