QAマネージャー/ QA Manager

A global industrial manufacturer is looking for a QA Manager. The selected candidate will manage root cause analysis, lead inspections, and ensure the implementation of quality procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse root causes and define countermeasures
• Create 8D reports for 0-km and field issues and communicate with customers
• Determine responsibility and escalate issues
• Ensure production site improvements and verify countermeasures
• Oversee incoming inspection at the warehouse and close rejection reports promptly
• Optimise inspection methods and train inspectors
• Lead quality review meetings and on-site improvement activities
• Prepare and implement quality procedures, tools, and manuals
• Support internal teams with quality-related issues
• Lead customer audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in automotive or mechanic related domain
• Experience in quality management and automotive OEM customer
• Skilled in TS16949 certification audit, quality manuals, customer audit, and creating 8D reports
• Understanding of POKAYOKE 6-Sigma, 5-Why, QC story, etc.
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
