クオリティエンジニア/ Quality Engineer

A renowned automotive thermal product manufacturer is seeking a Quality Engineer. The selected candidate will ensure product quality through process improvements, audits, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a long-term contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Support FMEA development as part of a cross-functional team
• Perform root cause analysis and document corrective actions
• Address quality rejects and customer-returned material
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement plans
• Conduct process capability studies, quality audits, and statistical analyses
• Communicate and coordinate customer requirements with internal teams

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent in Quality or Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in quality engineering within manufacturing industries
• Experience with automotive quality systems preferred
• Proficient in FMEA, Process Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Actions
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically
• Possess a valid Certified Quality Auditor for IATF-16949 preferred
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
