コントラクトアドミニストレーター/QS/ Contract Administrator/QS

A global aquaculture company is looking for a Contract Administrator (Quantity Surveyor). The selected candidate will manage construction contracts, ensuring compliance, financial oversight, and project alignment with contractual obligations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms and specifications
• Monitor budgets and manage project financials
• Identify potential risks in contract performance and suggest mitigating measures
• Negotiate costs and contractual terms related to scope changes and variations
• Prepare and distribute reports on project progress, contract status, and financial standing
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and supervisors to ensure alignment
• Maintain organised records of contracts, payment applications, and change orders
• Facilitate effective communication between contractors, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• More than 10 years of proven experience in quantity surveying or cost management
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
• Knowledge of contract law, construction regulations, and project management
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools
• Ability to negotiate contracts, change orders, and settlements
• Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese
