A global automotive components company is searching for a Quality Supervisor. This position will handle and address online quality problems while working with customers. This is a great way to advance your career with a successful automotive company. This role will also take the lead for ISO9001 and coordinate countermeasure actions.
- Respond quickly to quality problems while effectively prioritizing and efficiently managing resources
- Support the quality manager in handling customer quality problems and communicating with the customer
- Handle and investigate production line problems and quickly resolve issues
- Manage team members to maximize productivity by assigning daily tasks, controlling overtime, coaching and skill development, etc.
- Lead analysis of inspection data
- Cooperate with other departments to efficiently solve quality problems
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- 3+ years of experience in plant QC or QA with online quality problem handling experience and quality audit skills
- ISO 9001 and ISO/TS16949 proficiency
- Ability to read and understand GD&T technical drawing
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
- High level Japanese proficiency is required, English proficiency is a plus
