A global manufacturing company is looking for a Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will drive go-to-market strategies, product launches, and dealer marketing initiatives in Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product launches, ensuring alignment with Japan’s market strategy
• Develop and execute annual product launch plans and brand strategies
• Oversee market intelligence, tracking trends and competitor analysis
• Manage dealer marketing, including promotional campaigns and COOP program administration
• Handle press relations, ensuring brand consistency across all communications
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (administration, business intelligence, or marketing is ideal)
• More than 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of basic accounting techniques
• Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese
